Pin Design Contest
Do you like drawing and designing?
Would you like your design to be selected as the 2027 South Carolina State pin?
How would you like that pin to be seen at the National Conference?
If so, then follow these easy instructions and enter your design in the South Carolina TSA Pin Design Contest.
General Rules of the Contest
The deadline for all designs is January 30, 2027.
Artwork must be submitted electronically to brandon_lovering@charleston.k12.sc.us. Please use JPEG or EPS format only.
The pin design should reflect South Carolina State, TSA, and the annual theme (Forward to Fifty)
Designers can think outside the box… danglers, flashers, puzzle pieces, and other concepts will be considered.
Please do not submit different variations of the same design. You may submit different designs.
The pin design will be manufactured and will be available at the State Conference and traded at the National Conference.
PIN GUIDELINES:
- A maximum of 5 colors is suggested.
- The pin size will not exceed 1.25 inches after it is made. Please take into consideration the reduction in size and understand that very small details in your design will not be seen.
- Pin design submissions must be sent with dimensions of 5” x 5”.
- Pins must have the TSA or SCTSA logos on the pin and the year (2027).
- Pins cannot pertain to any copyrighted material.
- South Carolina State pins are collector pieces and have tremendous trading value at the TSA National Conference.
- Many state associations go to great lengths to design a pin reflecting their state and its individuality. In designing this year’s pin, remember the uniqueness of our state and our quality of life.
- Pin designs must be created on a computer. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar programs are preferred.
